What We Do

Estate of Affairs is dedicated to helping families transition every step of the way. Our services have been designed to simplify the process by removing all of the confusion and overwhelming burden of setting up and hosting an Estate Sale.

Call EOA to schedule a free on-site consultation. During this visit we will diligently listen to your individual needs and create an efficient and effective plan designed for your specific sale.

EOA will provide the necessary components to promote a successful sale. Our professional teams will clean, organize, stage, photograph, and price the contents of the entire home.

Step Three
Day of Sale

EOA will make sure the event is well advertised and ready for a successful sale. We have a friendly staff who is always ready to engage and assist customers. EOA offers peace of mind by utilizes a state of the art POS system to ensure efficiency while tracking every purchase.

Step Four
Post-Sale

 

After the sale EOA provides the family with many options for the remaining items. Once direction is given, EOA will execute leaving the home empty, broom swept and ready for the next phase.

Estate of Affairs has many options for every family and their individual needs. We understand and appreciate that every sale is a unique experience. For this reason we offer our clients the option of having a One, Two, or Three day Estate Sale. EOA can also host the event over multiple weekends if desired.
