Event Guidlines

We may limit the amount of shoppers at one time in the house
Chipped Cards preferred- We accept most forms of Credit/Debit
Large and Bulky Items- Must be scheduled for pick at the conclusion of the sale. Please bring adequate help to pickup, move, and load your Large and Bulky items.
When ready to check out, please form one line and the next available sales associate will ring up your purchase.
Please ensure items are in good working order prior to purchase. All Items are second hand and sold AS-IS. EOA does not offer any guaranties, returns, or refunds for any reason. All sales are final.
We work closely with our clients to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. All pricing is set and approved by our clients prior to each sale.
50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.
