​Any items purchased will need to be carried out by the buyer. If purchasing a heavy item please have someone with you to help carry it out. If needed, once purchased, we can hold the item until the end of the sale.

COVID- 19- EOA New Normal

​

  • Sign in sheets will be made available the morning of the sale

  • We may limit the amount of shoppers at one time in the house

  • Time slots may be given 

  • Masks are required to enter the sale- Please bring your own mask. EOA will not be providing any masks

  • Gloves- Preferred but not required

  • Checkout- Please maintain 6' between others

  • Chipped Cards preferred- We accept most forms of Credit/Debit

  • Large and Bulky Items- Must be scheduled for pick at the conclusion of the sale

 

All sales are final. The guidelines are subject to change without notice. Estate of Affairs reserves the right to refuse service.

 

We work closely with client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.
